This policy explains what personal information we handle when you visit this page or buy Sprigly products. DigitalDShop, a business operated by SageMarketing Pro (“we”), is responsible for that information.
1. What information we collect
- When you buy: payment is processed by Hotmart, a third-party platform. Hotmart collects the data needed for the purchase (for example name, email address, country and payment details) and shares with us what we need to deliver your order and give you support. We do not see or store your card details.
- When you email us: your email address and the content of your message, so we can reply.
- On this page: we have no sign-up forms and we do not use tracking cookies or analytics or advertising tools. The Hotmart checkout page may use its own cookies, according to its policy.
2. What we use the information for
- To deliver the files you bought and give you support.
- To handle refunds, payments and legal or tax obligations.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
- Hotmart, to process payments, deliver the product and handle refunds. Its handling of data is governed by its own policies.

4. How long we keep it
We keep purchase and support information for as long as needed to meet the purposes above and our legal and tax obligations. After that we delete or anonymize it.

Depending on where you live, you may ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, or ask us to limit its use. Email us at support@digitaldshop.com and we will reply within a reasonable time. Some data we must keep because of legal or tax obligations.
6. Children
Sprigly products are for parents and caregivers to buy and use with children. This page and the purchase are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we did, email us and we will delete it.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle, but no system is completely secure.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
