Does it work on my computer?

The Desktop edition runs on Windows 10/11 and macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel). The Browser edition runs in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, and there's a no-install version too. You get all of them with your kit.

Can I get a refund?

VICE KIT is an instant digital download you keep forever, so all sales are final. If you were charged twice, never got your files, or the app won't run on a supported system and we can't fix it, we refund you in full. See the Refund Policy or email support@digitaldshop.com before you buy if you have questions.

Windows or Mac shows a security warning. Is it safe?

Yes. The app isn't signed with a paid developer certificate yet, so Windows may show "Windows protected your PC" (click More info → Run anyway) and macOS may ask you to open it from System Settings → Privacy & Security. The install guide shows each step.

Do I need Photoshop or any paid software?

No. Everything runs in the app and works offline. Overlays work in the free OBS Studio or Streamlabs. The PNG assets also work in free Canva and Photopea.

Does it work on consoles?

You play on console and stream or edit on your computer. Overlays are added in OBS/Streamlabs on your PC or Mac; thumbnails and posts are made in your browser. Using the studios on a phone works but a computer is easier.

Does it include official game logos or artwork?

No, and that protects you. Everything is original neon artwork. You add your own gameplay footage and screenshots. VICE KIT is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

Can I use it on monetized channels?

Yes. The licence covers your own channels, streams, videos and social posts, including monetized ones. You can't resell or share the files.

Will this get me more views?

How do I get the files?
