By purchasing or using our ebooks you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not buy. “We” refers to DigitalDShop, a business operated by SageMarketing Pro.

1. What we sell

We sell recipe ebooks in PDF format, such as “50 Healthy Snacks to Crush Your Cravings”. We do not ship anything physical. The content of each ebook is what is described on its sales page.

2. Purchase and delivery

Payments are processed by Hotmart. When your payment is complete, Hotmart emails you the access to your file. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and write to us at support@digitaldshop.com. Prices are in US dollars (USD). Taxes or fees from your bank may vary depending on your country.

3. License of use

When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the ebook for yourself and your household. The following is prohibited:

• selling, reselling, gifting or sharing the file, in whole or in part;
• uploading it to websites, groups, public clouds or download platforms;
• modifying it to distribute or sell it as your own;
• removing copyright notices or branding.

4. Intellectual property

All content, text, recipes, photographs and design of the ebook are the property of DigitalDShop / SageMarketing Pro and are protected by copyright. Your purchase does not transfer any ownership rights.

5. 7-day money-back guarantee

You have 7 days from the purchase date to request a full refund. You can write to us at support@digitaldshop.com or request it directly through Hotmart within that period. The refund is processed through the same payment method, and how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card. After that period we cannot guarantee refunds.

6. Important notice about health and allergies

The ebook is culinary and informational in nature. It is not medical or nutritional advice, does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not replace the guidance of a health professional. We do not promise health or weight results. If you have allergies, intolerances or a medical condition, check the ingredients of each recipe and consult a professional before preparing them. You are responsible for adapting the recipes to your needs.

7. Limitation of liability

Products are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect damages or for how the material is used. Our total liability is limited to the price paid. Nothing here limits rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer.
