By buying or using Sprigly products you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not buy. “We” means DigitalDShop, a business operated by SageMarketing Pro.
1. What we sell
We sell digital products in PDF format (printable activity books, bonuses and add-ons). We do not ship anything physical. The contents of each product are those described on its sales page.
2. Purchase and delivery
Payments are processed by Hotmart. When your payment is complete, Hotmart emails you access to your files. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder and email us at support@digitaldshop.com. Prices are in US dollars (USD). Taxes or fees from your bank may vary depending on your country.
3. License to use
When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to print and use the files with your own family. The following are prohibited:
- selling, reselling, giving away or sharing the files, in whole or in part;
- uploading them to websites, groups, public clouds or download platforms;
- modifying them to distribute or sell as your own;
- removing copyright notices or branding.
Need another use (for example, a classroom or a group)? Email us before you buy.
4. Intellectual property
All content, text, illustrations, the Sprig character and the Sprigly brand are the property of DigitalDShop / SageMarketing Pro or are used under license, and are protected by copyright. Your purchase does not transfer any ownership rights.
5. 7-day money-back guarantee
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, no explanation needed. You can email us at support@digitaldshop.com or request it directly through Hotmart within that period. The refund is issued through the same payment method, and how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card. After that period we cannot guarantee refunds.
6. Responsible use and supervision
The activities are for children ages 4 to 12, and younger children should be accompanied by an adult. You decide which activities are right for your child. Use pencils, scissors and other materials under supervision.
7. Important notice: not a medical service
Sprigly is a family play and learning resource. It is not a medical, therapeutic or specialized educational program, it does not diagnose or treat any condition and it does not replace professional guidance. We do not promise specific results for any child. If you have concerns about your child's attention, learning, emotions or development, please talk to a qualified professional.
8. Limitation of liability
Products are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for how the material is used. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the product. Nothing here limits any rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer.

10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version is the one published here. These terms are governed by the laws that apply where DigitalDShop operates, without affecting any rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer.
