Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and DigitalDShop, a brand of Sage Marketing Pro ("we", "us"). They apply when you use digitaldshop.com/vice-clipper (the "Site") or buy or use Vice Clipper or a Creator Suite bundle (the "Products"). By using the Site or buying a Product you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.

2. The product

Vice Clipper is a downloadable video tool that turns your own recordings into vertical clips for Shorts, Reels and TikTok, with AI captions, music, hooks, themes and branding. It is delivered as a desktop app for Windows and macOS and a downloadable browser edition, with a PDF guide. The Creator Suite bundles, sold on the VICE KIT checkout page, add a VICE KIT license as described there. What each product includes is described on the sales and checkout pages at the time you buy.

System requirements. Windows 10/11 (64-bit) or macOS on Apple Silicon or Intel; 8 GB of RAM recommended. The browser edition runs in a current version of Chrome or Edge. Because the app is not yet signed with a paid developer certificate, Windows or macOS may show a security warning on first launch; the PDF guide explains how to open it. Please check these requirements before you buy.

3. Your license

When you pay, we grant you a lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one person (or one channel/brand) to install and use Vice Clipper on your own computers, and to publish the videos you make with it, including on monetized channels and for sponsored content. The 30 included music tracks are original and licensed to you for use inside videos you make with Vice Clipper.

You may not resell, share, sublicense, give away or redistribute the Products, installers, music or assets; share your download links; upload them to marketplaces or file-sharing sites; use them to build a competing product; or remove copyright notices. All rights not expressly granted stay with us and our licensors. We may end your license if you seriously breach these Terms.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments: there is no subscription and no recurring charge. A price shown with a strikethrough is the regular price of the product (or, for a bundle, the combined regular prices of the products it includes) next to the current discounted price. Discount codes such as PLAY20 apply only as stated and can't be combined. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive your full card number. Taxes may apply depending on your location. We may change prices or offers at any time, but changes don't affect orders already paid.

5. Delivery and updates

After payment you are taken to a download page, and we email your download links and receipt to the address you used at checkout. If you don't receive the email within an hour, check your spam folder or contact support@digitaldshop.com. Updates to Vice Clipper 1.x are included at no extra cost.

6. Refunds

Because the Products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final, except as described in our Refund Policy (for example duplicate charges, or an app that won't run on a supported system and we can't fix). When you buy, you ask us to deliver the digital content immediately and acknowledge that, once delivery starts, you lose any statutory right to withdraw or cancel where the law allows this. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

7. Acceptable use and your content

You agree not to misuse the Site, for example by trying to get Products without paying, interfering with the Site's security or scraping it. You are responsible for the videos you create with Vice Clipper, for having the rights to the footage you edit, and for following the rules of the platforms you publish on (YouTube, TikTok, Meta and others) and the content policies of any game you capture.

8. Trademarks and third-party games

Vice Clipper is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or any game publisher, or by Meta, Google, YouTube or TikTok. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility and audience. Vice Clipper does not include any game footage, logos or artwork owned by game publishers.

9. No guarantees of results

Vice Clipper is an editing tool. We do not guarantee any number of views, followers, subscribers, sponsorships, YouTube Partner Program acceptance or any income. References to platform requirements (such as YouTube Partner Program thresholds) are information only and may change at any time. Your results depend on your content, effort, audience, platform algorithms and many other factors outside our control.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Site and Products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Products will be error-free or work with every device.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or Products is limited to the amount you paid us for the Product in question. Some places don't allow these limitations, so they may not all apply to you. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you create with the Products or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring proceedings there. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these Terms; the version in effect when you bought applies to that purchase.
