The short version. We collect only what we need to sell you VICE KIT, deliver your downloads and send emails you asked for. We never see or store your card number (Stripe handles payments). We use the Meta Pixel and Google tags to measure our ads. You can reject those cookies, unsubscribe from emails in one click, or ask us to delete your data at any time.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how DigitalDShop, a brand of SageMarketing Pro ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit digitaldshop.com/vice-kit and related pages (the "Site"), sign up for our emails, or buy VICE KIT or Vice Clipper (the "Products"). We are the controller of this information.

2. What we collect
| Category | Examples | Source |
|---|---|---|

| Order details | Name, email, billing country/postal code, plan purchased, amount, currency, order and Stripe session IDs, download activity | You and Stripe |

| Device & usage data | IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring ad or link (including UTM and click IDs such as fbclid or gclid), approximate location from IP, cookie identifiers | Your browser, cookies and pixels |
| Communications | Messages you send to our support email | You |
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (such as health, biometric or financial account data) and we ask you not to send it to us.
3. How we use it (and our legal bases)
- To process your order and deliver your downloads, including the purchase email, secure download links and support (performance of a contract).
- To send the free templates and creator emails you signed up for (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- To measure and improve our ads and Site, for example counting purchases that came from a Meta or Google ad and building audiences of past visitors (your consent where the law requires it, otherwise our legitimate interest in marketing our products).
- To prevent fraud and keep the Site secure, and to handle chargebacks and disputes (legitimate interests).
- To meet legal obligations, such as tax, accounting and responding to lawful requests (legal obligation).
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Cookies, pixels and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage) on the Site:
| Tool | Purpose | Type |
|---|---|---|
| Essential storage | Remembers your cookie choice and whether you closed the signup popup; keeps checkout working | Necessary |
| Stripe | Secure payment form and fraud prevention on the checkout page | Necessary |
| Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) | Measures visits, signups, checkouts and purchases from our Facebook and Instagram ads; builds custom and lookalike audiences | Advertising |
| Google tag / Google Ads / Google Analytics (Google LLC) | Measures conversions from Google and YouTube ads and how the Site is used, when enabled | Advertising / analytics |
Your choices. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject advertising and analytics cookies. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked before any advertising cookie is set (we use Google Consent Mode and Meta's consent setting, so these tags stay off until you accept). You can change your choice any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. You can also:
- Adjust your ad preferences on Facebook and with Google My Ad Center.
- Opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at aboutads.info, youradchoices.ca or youronlinechoices.eu.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of advertising cookies where the law requires it.
Meta and Google process data collected by their tags under their own privacy policies: Meta Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy (see also how Google uses data from sites that use its services).
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, under contracts that limit how they can use it:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing, fraud prevention, receipts (Stripe Privacy Policy).
- Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google LLC — ad measurement and audiences, as described above.
- Our web hosting and email provider — hosts the Site, stores order and subscriber records, and sends our emails.
- Professional advisers and authorities — accountants, lawyers, and courts or regulators when required by law or to protect our rights.
- A buyer of our business, if we sell or transfer all or part of it, subject to this policy.
Under some US state laws, letting advertising partners collect data through cookies on our Site may count as "sharing" or "selling" for targeted advertising. You can opt out with the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link (choose Reject) or with a GPC signal.
6. Emails
If you request the free templates and tick the consent box, we send you the templates and creator tips and offers about VICE KIT and our other products (about 3 emails a week). Buyers receive a purchase email with their download links. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link and our mailing address. We stop sales reminders once you buy. You can also unsubscribe by emailing support@digitaldshop.com.
7. How long we keep it
- Order records: as long as needed to provide downloads and support, and up to 7 years for tax and accounting.
- Email subscriber records: until you unsubscribe, then a minimal suppression record so we don't email you again.
- Support messages: up to 2 years after your last message.
- Cookie data: according to each tool's settings, generally no more than 13 months for our own choices.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing;
- withdraw consent at any time (this doesn't affect processing before you withdrew it);
- opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising;
- data portability; and
- not be treated differently for exercising your rights.
To make a request, email support@digitaldshop.com from the address you used with us. We may need to verify your identity. You can use an authorized agent where the law allows. We reply within 30 days (or the period your local law sets, such as 45 days under California law). If you disagree with our answer, you can appeal by replying to it, and you can complain to your local data protection authority (for example in the EU/UK, or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada).
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. When we transfer personal information from the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or our providers' certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
10. Children
The Site and Products are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use HTTPS across the Site, keep payment data with Stripe, protect order and subscriber records on a restricted server, and use signed, limited download links. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and authorities of a breach where the law requires.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email or on the Site.
